Thank you for your interest in Riverstone Primary School. We are delighted to guide you through our admissions process, which we have designed to be both thorough and welcoming.

To best serve the needs of students at different developmental stages, our process is divided into two distinct pathways: one for our Early Years Foundation (ECD to Grade 3) and another for our Upper Primary school (Grade 4 to Grade 7).

Early Years Enrolment (ECD to Grade 3)

A Supportive Start for Our Youngest Learners

The foundational years of education are a profound milestone, shaping a child's perception of learning and their place in the world. In recognition of this critical developmental stage, our enrolment process is intentionally designed to be a gentle and positive introduction to the school community.

Enrollment Submission Requirements
Completed registration form, Copy of child's birth certificate, Previous school records (if applicable), Proof of Residence and Tuition.

Our educational philosophy emphasizes that a child’s potential at this age is best nurtured through observation and interaction, not measured by formal testing. Our priority is to cultivate a sense of belonging and security, which is the bedrock upon which a lifelong love of learning is built. Therefore, our process is direct and supportive, without entrance examinations or registration fees, focusing entirely on welcoming your child into an environment where they can thrive from their very first day.

Schedule a Tour:

We believe the best way to get to know Riverstone is to visit our campus. We cordially invite you to schedule a personal tour to observe our classrooms and meet our faculty.

Complete the Registration Form:

Following your tour or inquiry, you will receive a registration form. Kindly complete and return it to our admissions office. Please note, no registration fee is required for this age group.

School Clearance (For Transfer Students)

If your child is transferring from another institution, Riverstone Primary will professionally request a clearance letter from the previous school to ensure all accounts are settled.

Finalise Enrolment:

Upon successful processing of your registration (and clearance, if applicable), we will extend an invitation to finalise enrolment by settling the school fees. This last step secures your child’s place, and we look forward to officially welcoming your family.

For students entering our Upper Primary years (Grades 5, 6, and 7), we've designed a comprehensive admissions process that goes beyond a simple registration form. At this critical stage of education, students have developed distinct learning styles, academic strengths, and areas where they may need support. Our entrance assessment isn't about creating barriers—it's about ensuring we can provide the right educational environment for your child to thrive. We want to understand where your child is in their learning journey so we can meet them there, challenge them appropriately, and support their continued growth.
